What are your payment terms?
For standard orders, we accept a 30% T/T deposit to start production and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. For small orders, 100% payment is required before shipment.
Do you support OEM / ODM services for our own brand?
Yes, we have our own factory and fully support OEM/ODM services. You can send us your specific details, and we will provide the necessary drawings and production support.
What is the expected lead time?
Generally, production takes around 21 to 30 days after receiving the deposit. If you have an urgent schedule, please inform us, and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
